Center rates
- Office space – $1.25/sq. ft. per month. Organizations can share office space to help lower costs (includes all utilities, available Center services plus mailbox). Add extra for phone and/or internet service.
- Desk space (plus mailbox) in communal office areas – $50/month. Add extra for phone and/or internet service.
- Mail box – $5/month
- Classroom/Workshop space, free for free classes, 25% of fee for fee based classes.
- Free space for non-profit/student group literature ( in central room with mail boxes)
- Free meeting space for non-profit/student groups (we ask for donations to help defray operating costs)
Add tax if you are NOT a registered non-profit.
